For cold therapy, place in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes to reduce swelling and ease headaches when cooled down. Rest the pillow over your eyes, forehead, neck, shoulders, or anywhere you need a moment of release. Add a few drops of therapeutic-grade essential oil to enhance the experience.
