5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Classes:
-
You may cancel a class with at least 24 hours notice for a full credit or refund, depending on the booking system in use.
-
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the full class fee will be charged.
-
We reserve the right to apply discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as illness, emergencies or compassionate situations.
-
Decisions are made on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
-
If we cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class.
-
Regular weekly classes are subject to a minimum booking requirement of three participants in order to proceed. Where fewer than three participants are booked, the class may be cancelled at short notice. In such circumstances, any fees paid will be refunded accordingly. Classes that continue to operate at a financial loss may be withdrawn from the timetable, with class viability reviewed on an ongoing basis.
1:1 Sessions:
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all 1:1 sessions.
-
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will usually be forfeited.
-
However, I will always endeavour to be flexible and supportive where possible, and sessions may be rearranged at my discretion to ensure you receive a positive and fair experience.
Regular Session Slots
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients:
-
If three or more sessions are cancelled at short notice and rescheduling becomes difficult, your regular slot may be offered to another client.
-
If a regular session slot is not booked or used for more than three consecutive weeks, it may be released to other clients unless a new purchase has been made.
-
While I’ll always do my best to accommodate returning clients, regular slots cannot be guaranteed after this period.
Events:
All events operate under a 48-hour cancellation policy.
-
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund.
-
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
-
If your space can be filled from the waiting list, you will be offered either:
-
A refund, or
-
A credit towards a future event (valid for 6 months).
