Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Kia
Yoga, for me, has never just been about movement. It’s the way the earth feels beneath my feet, the way my breath reminds me I’m alive, the way stillness holds me when the world feels too heavy. It’s a return - to myself, to my body, to the wild within. It’s the soft unraveling of self-doubt, the quiet courage to sit with what is, and the gentle reminder that I don’t need to be perfect, only present. Through yoga, I’ve found a sacred space where strength and softness can coexist. A place where I can release, breathe, and begin again - as many times as I need. This is my homecoming. And it’s the space I feel called to share with you.
My Why...
There was a time I never imagined I’d fall into such a deep, dark hole. Living with a long-term health condition, I found myself stripped of energy, of certainty, of the version of life I thought I knew. It felt heavy, isolating and endless. But slowly, I began to build myself back up. Not with quick fixes or forced positivity, but with patience, compassion and the smallest acts of care.
Grief, trauma and hardship have touched my life, as they touch so many. And though I would never wish those experiences on anyone, they have carved me into who I am today. They have held me in darkness, opened me to light and in their own way, healed me. For that, I hold a quiet gratitude. These chapters have given me depth, compassion and a tenderness I now carry into the spaces I create - offering empathy and understanding to all who feel drawn to my energy.
Life is hard and challenging for us all - though each of our experiences looks different. What I’ve learned is that healing is never linear, and strength doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it whispers: “just try again today.”
For me, the pillars of rebuilding have been both mental and physical - nurturing the body that carries me, and tending to the mind that shapes how I move through the world. Yoga, stillness, movement, and truth have been my medicine. They have given me far more than the pharmaceutical ones I have to take daily, to stabilise my health condition.
Because if I can rise from that place, if I can find light again, then I want to create spaces where others feel safe, seen and supported to do the same.
This Journey Became My Why...
Here, in the Wild Within, We Rise Together.

Manifestation
from Wild Within
I trust the wild within me.
I am guided by nature, stillness, and truth.
Every breath I take draws me closer to my purpose,
every step I take is rooted in abundance and love.
I call in the souls who are ready for this sacred space -
those who seek stillness, healing, and connection.
My work flows with ease, nourished by the rhythms of the earth.
The right people, opportunities and resources find me effortlessly.
I create from the heart,
and in return, I receive more than I ever imagined.
My journey unfolds beautifully,
as I live, teach and lead through the wild within.
And so it is.
