Welcome to Wild Within Yoga. These Membership Terms set out the rules for using our website (the “Site”) and our online booking services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Wild Within Yoga

Wild Within Wellness Studio, Unit 3, 114-118 Hampton Lane, Blackfield, Southampton SO45 1UB, UK

We operate in the United Kingdom and follow UK laws and regulations.

2.0 Memberships

2.1 Founding Membership Offer

The first 25 members who purchase a membership prior to the official Wild Within launch date will receive a Founding Member lifetime rate, securing their membership price for the lifetime of their active membership.

This founding rate is exclusive to the original membership holder and is non-transferable.

If a Founding Membership is cancelled, paused beyond any agreed terms, or allowed to lapse for any reason, the lifetime founding rate will be forfeited permanently. Should the member wish to rejoin in the future, membership will be charged at the current standard pricing available at that time.

Wild Within reserves the right to verify eligibility and withdraw the offer in cases of misuse or breach of membership terms.

2.2 Membership Terms

All membership plans are billed on a recurring 4-week basis.

Members may use their allocated class credits/tokens across any eligible classes listed on the Wild Within timetable, subject to availability and booking policies.

Memberships apply to regular weekly classes only. Special events, workshops, retreats, pop-ups, collaborations, and guest practitioner offerings are sold separately unless otherwise stated.

Wild Within reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes where necessary. In the event of cancellation by Wild Within, class credits will be returned or transferred.

2.3 Membership Freezes

Membership freezes may be requested in exceptional circumstances such as illness or injury.

Freeze requests must be made in writing and approved by Wild Within. Approved freezes may be subject to minimum and maximum time periods.

2.4 Health & Responsibility

By attending classes, workshops, retreats, or events, participants confirm that they are physically and medically fit to take part and had declared and signed the PAR, Q form when booking.

Clients are responsible for informing Wild Within of any injuries, pregnancies, medical conditions, or changes to their health that may affect participation.

All movement and wellness practices are undertaken at the participant’s own pace and risk. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and work within their own limits at all times.

2.5 Studio Etiquette & Late Arrivals

Wild Within is a peaceful, welcoming space created for rest, movement, connection, and wellbeing. We kindly ask all members and guests to help maintain this atmosphere for everyone attending.

Please arrive a few minutes before class begins to allow time to settle into the space. To minimise disruption and protect the calm environment of the session, late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started.

Phones should be placed on silent, and respectful behaviour towards teachers, fellow participants, and the studio space is expected at all times.

We encourage all students to move mindfully, honour their own limits, and create space for others to do the same.

Wild Within is rooted in respect, community, wellbeing, and mindful practice. These terms exist to protect both our members and the integrity of the space we share together.
