The Winter Ritual - Wild Within X Solace Sauna

THE WINTER RITUAL

Wild Within X Solace Sauna

A wild winter gathering to pause, create & reconnect.

As the days grow shorter and the natural world begins to slow, we invite you to do the same.

Join us for a soulful afternoon across two beautiful venues, beginning at the Wild Within wellness studio before heading to Solace Sauna at Lepe Beach.

More than a Christmas wreath-making workshop, this is a sensory winter experience rooted in the simple joy of slowing down.

We’ll begin at Wild Within with a grounding guided meditation and immersive sound bath, creating space to soften, settle and awaken your creativity.

From there, we’ll gather around the table to make our own wild winter wreaths from beautiful seasonal foliage, with festive sharing boards, warming drinks and good company along the way.

As the afternoon draws to a close, we’ll make our way to Solace Sauna at Lepe Beach, where Bailey will guide us through a warming sauna ritual, an elemental experience of heat, sea air and deep relaxation.

A little stillness. A little wildness. A little winter magic.

The perfect afternoon to nourish the senses and reconnect with yourself, nature and one another.
