Time & Location

About the Experience
Join us for a truly unique evening of relaxation as we journey to the end of the historic Hythe Pier and immerse ourselves in a deeply restorative sound bath, suspended above the gentle waters of the Solent.
As the sun begins to lower and the sounds of everyday life fade into the distance, we’ll travel together on the iconic Hythe Pier train before settling into stillness for an unforgettable experience of rest, reflection, and sound.
What to Expect:
Arrival & Refreshments
Our evening begins at 6:30pm. Upon arrival, you’ll have the opportunity to collect a complimentary hot drink and sweet treat from Howley Coffee before we make our way onto the pier. Take a moment to unwind, breathe, and prepare for the experience ahead.
The Sound Bath Experience
Once gathered at the end of the pier, you’ll be invited to get comfortable and settle into your own peaceful space overlooking the water.
Guided by Kia from Wild Within, this immersive sound bath will incorporate the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. As the sounds wash over you and the Solent stretches beneath you, you’ll be encouraged to simply rest, receive, and let go.
If this is your first sound bath, you may notice sensations of warmth, heaviness, tingling, lightness, or deep relaxation throughout your body. Some people experience colours, imagery, memories, or a dream-like state, while others simply enjoy a peaceful rest and may even drift off to sleep.
There is no right or wrong way to experience sound healing. Whatever arises is welcome, and whatever doesn’t is equally perfect.
Return Journey
Following the sound bath, we will make our return journey on the pier train, offering a gentle transition back to the evening while you reflect on your experience and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
