After your body is fully relaxed, immerse yourself in a sound bath with Kia — an enveloping experience of crystal bowls and resonant vibrations that guide you into profound calm and inner stillness. The acoustics of the vaulted, centuries-old space make every note linger, echoing around you like a gentle, healing wave.

This 1h 40 min experience includes:

• 1h of deep, restorative Yin yoga

• 30 minutes of immersive sound bath

• Herbal tea to sip afterwards and gently return to your evening
