Events

Step into a space of calm and renewal with our wellness events. Carefully planned, these half- or full-day experiences - often held in nature and often in collaboration with other local wellness practitioners or businesses - are designed to nourish your body, mind and soul. With a focus on mindful movement, meditation and restorative practices, our retreats offer a chance to intentionally step away from the everyday and reconnect deeply with yourself.

Yoga

Our yoga offerings foster personal growth, inner strength, movement and mindfulness. Regular group classes are a welcoming space for connection and consistency with fellow yogis. For those seeking a more tailored experience, we offer 1:1 sessions or small-group classes, allowing for personalised guidance, deeper exploration and bespoke practice.

Joining Kia's Wild within Sunday morning sessions felt like a reset after a busy week, a time to cherish movement and be in a space without judgement.
